Popular Sandwhich Review: McDonald's Philly Cheesesteak

The subject of this popular sandwich review is one of the newest offerings from the venerable fast-food giant's much ballyhooed deli sandwich line; their interpretation of a Philly Cheesesteak sub.
I am sorry to say, that I am thoroughly disappointed!
There was little meat to speak of, and it was overshadowed by the strong taste of uncooked onions. The generous helping of green pepper was texturally distracting, and the artificial cheese topping would have been more at home atop a pile of gas station nachos.
I reluctantly traipsed back to the counter and ordered an additional 6 white meat McNuggets, in the hopes that they would sate my hunger and allow me to forget the whole dismal affair.
While I may venture to try another sandwich from this line in the future, their ill-begotten philly sub will receive no brotherly love from me!
