haha well.. (im just a n00b) only 2 months, but i plan on staying Vegan :)
I was Vegetarian for 3 years prior.
Did all my research on ingredients and continue to study up on all the little things here and there.

awesome, so you already got the experience.  i went vegan without going vegetarian, so i lived off of faux meats in the beginning and now, i can't stand it.  just remember, it's all about cooking because that way you know exactly what you're eating.

Yea I've been wanting to get into more home cooking because of all the uncertainties with restaurant ingredients, not to mention the lack of knowledge from most of there employees at those places ahaha
But i must say, some of the faux meats, are just not ...good lol
Have you ever had seitan? I still have yet to try it, I never see it around.
