What's your name without a G?
Neil. Ironically, my name did have a G in from of it for a while, unofficially. My mom and sister called me Gneil as a nickname.
When you are home alone do you still close the door when you shower?
Only part way. I like a warm, steamy bathroom in the mornings.
Do you like your life right now?
Most of it. I could use a girlfriend and more money. But then, who couldn't?
What was the last item you bought?
some CD's adn a couple DVD's from Amoeba.
Any piercings?
Nope. Not likely to get any, either.
What is your opinion on gay marriage?
I agree with Marie; I don't even get why it's still an issue. What are people all worked up about? My sister has been with her partner for some years now and they should absolutely be allowed to be married if they want.
What plans do you have for tomorrow?
To once again be tortured and beaten down by my job. Ugh. I need to keep a baseball bat around for those problem people.
Where was the last place you fell asleep other than your bed?
Couch. I know. How exciting.
Are you texting anyone?
Nope. I rarely text.
Do you have a best friend?
There's an interesting question. I have people that I've known for a long time, but then others that I just feel I have more of a connection with. I guess I'd say yes at the moment.
Do you have a myspace?
www.myspace.com/gotneil
What is your favorite romantic movie?
Hmmm....Off the top of my head, "Amelie" is really fun and sweet. I actually like "While You Were Sleeping", which is a guilty pleasure, I suppose. Also a little movie called "Happy Accidents". It's not well known at all. But it's really interesting and sweet.
Do you forgive and forget?
Usually. Depends on the infraction. Some things are just too big to forget.
Who's your last text from?
Um, I think AT&T sent me one the other day.
What's more important, happiness or trust?
Hmm. I guess happiness. But sometimes being able to trust is a part of that. But I'll still go with happiness.
What time did you go to bed last night?
Two or three am-ish.
Who sat in front of you in math?
they ask this question as if it was just a year or so ago. I have no idea.
What are you currently feeling?
A modicum of dread about having to work tomorrow. I really don't wan to go.
Do you have a vehicle?
A silver 2001 Acura Integra named Isolde. I have a friend that names every car he's ever owned. Apprently his theory was that you name your car starting with the first letter of either the model or make of the car. I chose 'Isolde' for the Hell of it. It's not like I actually talk to my car. We're not Knightrider or anything.
Well, that was a time killer. : )
Today has pretty much sucked balls. I knew it was going to be busy this week, but when one person goes home sick and another disappears for a couple hours or so, things get fucking crazy in this office. NO LUNCH TODAY. I am fucking hungry.
Fuck my job. Fuck it.
So, yes, all my efforts to find drinking buddies tonight failed miserably. Booourns!
So, my ever so exciting life was going to see "Mirrors" and reviewing it (it is NOT worth your time) while drinking another Rum DInger!. Wait for the DVD. And now I'm going to watch some old Ultraman episodes from some DVDs I borrowed form a friend. I used to watch this show all the time as a kid. The theme song is WAY cooler than I remember. It's so 1960's. What an awesome and ridiculous show. I still love it. : )
KILL! : )
Ever have one of those days where you wish you had a machine gun so you could run through a huge crowd of people and see how many you could take out? Yeah. That's me today.
I need booze and Motorhead. A lot and loud.
Fuck all these fucking fuckers.
That's what I'm drinking right now; a Rum Dinger. Bruce Campbell conceived this drink. One part dark rum (like Myers), one part Kahlua, the rest is ginger ale. I'm not a huge Kahlua fan, but damn, if it isn't pretty good. Give it a try. : )
So I went to the Comedy Store to see Rev. Mitcz perform and met Farhaad and the_setup. Good people, as I suspected. Turns out, Mitcz really is a funny guy. He did really well, too. The crowd dug him. No small feat for comedy in this town. Congrats to the Reverand. : )
For those of you that didn't or couldn't make it, you should've. Maybe next time, yes?
Cheers!

WOOT! Four day weekend! So fucking happy about it. Work is getting hellish and it will soon make me a misanthrope for a few weeks. I will be particularly saddened and angry at the future of our species. I will release a lot of frustration while watching football this Fall. Hopefully there will be some sex in there, too. : )
Saturday night I'll be joining Farhaad and others at the Comedy Store in support of very our own Rev. Mitcz. Hopefully there will be booze after. I need a drink.
Tomorrow or Sunday I may try to see "Midnight Meat Train", the new horror movie directed by Ryuhei Kitamura, based on a Clive Barker story. It will be a very messy film.
The rest of the time will be just chillin' until I have to go back to work on Tuesday. Oh, wait. I have to do some graphics stuff for my friend's website. Damn. Forgot about that.
Well, there you have it. My weekend in a nutshell.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend as well -hugs all around!

Man, after the pain in the asses all day here at work, I need a few laughs. Lucky for me I have a ticket to see Pineapple Express at midnight at Arclight!
It better be hilarious. I need some funny.
EDIT: it IS funny! Hilarious, in fact! I recommend it! : D

Geez, people are so stupid and they seem to want to pester me today. It's too early in the year for this. Why don't people read? Why do they insist on asking stupid questions? Work is going to drive me to drink. More. : )
Very happy it's the weekend! I'm outta here! Everyone have a great weekend! Big love to all!
