i finally went to some places out here that i don't feel out of place.
went to the double down out here a couple of weeks ago. that place reminds me of home.
this place is the home of "ass juice" and the bacon martini. i have yet to try either one of them.

there's another place called the divebar that i need to visit.

saw the dark night on opening day. lines were crazy. luckily got tickets online and bypassed all that shit.
awesome fucking movie. want to go see it again. also want to see stepbrothers.
i need to see the new indiana jones movie.

people at work are still being pricks. fuck them though. there's one dude there that's cool. maybe two.
the rest can rot in hell for all i care.

girlfriend got a new job. hoping that it works out well. she was really burnt out on her old one.

hope things are going well out there for you people.

apparently 90 percent of the people i work with think i'm a worthless piece of shit.
guess i'm not much good at giving good first impressions.

as much as i like to portray that i have thick skin, i really don't.

got a wii last night. bought mario galaxy with it. need to get more controllers and games.
i'm really wanting zelda and resident evil. i'm sure there are a few others that i'll want too.

i got a new car. well, new to me anyway.

i drank three liters of water the other day. in eight hours.

other than people i work with, but they don't really count.

i got an old la-z-boy for free from my boss the other day.
that and a really old tv with rabbit ears and turny knobs. i actually kind of like it.
i don't give a shit if the picture is fuzzy. hahaha

got a call from the dealership today. they finally got the drug test results back.
i get to go to work next week and finally make some money! woohoo!!!!

how long does it take to get the results of a drug test back? it's been a week already and i've heard nothing.
finally got a hold of the service manager today and he said they haven't heard anything yet.
in the meantime, i'm about to start pulling my fucking hair out. i need to start bringing in some money.
yeah, my girl is working and it getting us by, but i don't want to just "get by".
so, much to do and i'm stressing the fuck out. all these bills are coming up.

i finally got a job yesterday. getting paid 20 bucks an hour. i have now effectively doubled my pay in a little over 4 and a half years.
i started at 10 bucks an hour at a dealership in atl...left there making 17 and now 20 in las vegas. and the cost of living is about the same here as atl only there are no state taxes here.

i bought one of those wireless antenna things that are supposed to pick up wireless signals for internet to make it easier to pirate it. yeah, that was a waste of 80 bucks. worthless piece of shit. so, i'm back to using the clubhouse internet thing, but i'll have money coming in soon and will be able to fix this problem. yep yep.

i've come to the conclusion that living in las vegas is like living in a snow globe. except it's really fucking hot and there's no snow.
it's a weird feeling.

 

in other news... i still need a t.v. and i want a wii.

and some motherfucking cable.
i'm running out of movies to watch. haha
i had to watch the nfl draft in the apartment clubhouse.
we have no furniture... save a couple of folding chairs and tables.

i just got internet working... finally found a network i can mooch off of.
