 Wow . . .  what to say since my last journal entry on here?

Well, in brief, I went around Europe for my fifth time in the summer of '07 with my girlfriend, who had gone for her first time--that had a lot of complications.   I worked on the feature "Role Models" that autumn.  That winter, the writer's strike put me out of work for the first two months in '08.  Then I started working on a "Samantha Who" (one of the coolest productions I've worked with) in the spring of that year all the way through the end of '08 with a few small hiatuses throughout the season, one of which I moved in with my girlfriend.  I went to New Orleans for my fourth time to celebrate my birthday and Halloween that October.  I had a horrible New Years celebration.  I finished working on "Samantha Who" in February of this year then went to Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia for a month.  I came back in April hoping that there'd be some work waiting for me that would carry me over to the next season of "Samantha Who" only to listen to crickets for the next two months and the cancellation of that TV show.  In May, I went to New York to visit some friends and go on a little road trip brewery tour.  By the end of June, wondering if work was ever going to pick-up, I got on to "Melrose Place" which has been a good money earn but quite the jackass of a production and tiring me out every week (70 hr work weeks & 48 hr weekends).  I'm already planning my next trips:  Prague for New Years and SE Asia again next spring.
