It's always a bit tricky when they have someone else. I think the real questions to evaluate are a. if she is interested in you in the same manner, b. if so, is she unhappy with her current relationship and willing to end it, and c. if she isn't on the same page as you or is satisfied with her relationship, is the friendship with her something you would want to maintain knowing it would end at a friendship?
