This morning I went to a training session. It was difficult. I was tired and having breathing issues. I fought my way through it. My trainer says that I have more fight and determination than anyone he has ever seen. If he keeps giving me compliments I may never leave the gym.

Right now the beach is packed with tourist. I can hear their whistles from my apartment. There are a couple of cruise shipped docked in Road Town today and when that happens the beach I live on gets flooded with thong wearing Grandparents. I guess people let it all hang out on cruise ships.

Yay for getting older.

is my birthday. I am not sure how I feel about that.

Monday I start one on one personal training. The trainer that I will be working with wants to put me on a diet. He told me that he will be challenged because he has never worked with a vegan diet before. I will train for a hour on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I can't wait!

Not too much since cming back from my trip to St. Maarten and St. Kitts. I have been to St. Thomas a few times but nothing too exciting. I found out a few days after coming back from St. Kitts that I have a broken foot. I have seen an orthopedic surgeon. I have been told to stay off my foot. I have ignored that advice.  My foot is bloated and purple. Ice packs and ace bandages have become my foots best friend.

They are always so much fun to watch.

My trip to St. Maarten and St. Kitts were so much fun! I didn't want to leave!

St Maarten: We spent most of my time in Philipsberg, on the Boardwalk. It's on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. My boyfriend and I (GG member: johnnycastaway--I think thats right?!?!) went to a restaurant named Oualichi Beach Bar & Restaurant and kind of made that a "home base" since we were carrying luggage. We were only in St. Maarten for about 14 hours but it was awesome. The bar/restaurant was filled with beautiful French speaking women. One of them had amazing abs and was so nice. It was too difficult to hate on her.  We drank locally made vanilla/banana rum and watched cricket in between shopping breaks. I would highly recommend that place The staff was friendly, flirty and lots of fun. When we arrived back at the airport I went into a spa that located inside and got an awesome haircut. The man that cut my hair was Italian and had only been in St. Maarten a few months. I would love to fly to him every month for a haircut.

St. Kitts: St. Kitts was so beautiful and clean. I was taken back by it's beauty. We stayed at a villa in the Marriot  Resort and Casino. It had the most comfortable bed ever. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds! Saturday we spent all day at the cricket match. We went there for the Cricket World Cup and attended the South Africa vs Australia match (My bf is South African). Sadly South Africa lost but I was just excited to be there. It was so much fun. Sunday we rested and flew back to the British Virgin Islands. Home again bt hopefully not for long.

 

I have been so busy. I went to St. Thomas on Monday and bought a ton of stuff. I will probably go back to St. Thomas on Thursday. I am not looking forward to it but I need to extend my airline ticket for Immigration. Friday, My boyfrend and I leave for St. Kitts. Hopefully South Africa will win the Cricket World Cup. I am really looking forward to that trip. xo. poolshark

That's right! I am drinking wine out of a paper cup. My boyfriend would be ashamed of me,It's really good South African wine, but he's not here. He decided to put in a few extra hours at work while I drink and watch tv. We are attending a party tonight.  I have already wrapped the gifts, all I have to do is get dressed. Tomorrow is a holiday, Commonwealth Day, so tonight could be a long night. I need a long night. My life has become too predictable.

I am so excited. My boyfriend and I are going to the island of St. Kitts in two weeks. We are going to see some of the Cricket World Cup games. South Africa vs St. Kitts. This will be my first time seeing a professional cricket game or going to St. Kitts. Hopefully I will be able to take loads of pictures.

Citizens of St. Kitts are called Kittitians. That's so cute. ha! ha!

I quit my job. It has been something that I have been thinking about for a while. The doctors that I am seeing have been advising me for months to quit due to stress and working conditions. I finally decided that my health is more important than money. I will be broke but hopefully healthy and happy due to the change. Hopefully I will be able to find a job when I am able to work again. I must seem wishy washy on this issue.
