I have taken a Ferris Bueller type of day off today, i should really think of something to do other than writing an essay. I have been considering buying a BB gun to defend my home from unwanted visitors, such as door to door sales men, trying to sell me satellite television. I kept walking around this week thinking to myself about Christmas and what the hell am I going to do! even though I kept refuring to it as Halloween! I sorted out my college fees this week, so no more red outlined letter telling me that I am going to be taken to court for not paying the fees. Discovered that a really cute girl who workes at a local coffee shop is single, but alas she might be a bit too young. as I am a really bad judge of age, and a I don't look 31 and don't feel like a 31 year old, I some times find it hard to judge others. there is this chart on the back of a door at the college, which has a chart of age, it starts from 18 + and ends at 80+. It says for 18+ you are at your phyical peek, you leave home, find a partner and get a job, but there is no 30 something part of this chart so I do wonder what to do! its rather funny to read its a very general chart rather than something factual. someone has writen on the 80 + part, that they should be enroled at the college! Here are a few sketches from my sketch book, they are a little H.R.Giger influenced or inspired, or biomech inspired, well have a look.    And a lady doodle  I was talking with a friend on Tuesday, and I was talking about the course and how rubbish it is and how Its just crap, and what I want, and what I am not getting. Then out of nowhere I started talking about what I liked about teaching in my last job, and my face lit up, I started talking about being the centre of attention in a class and now it's nice to be the centre, and out of left field I was happy. Finally I realized that it's all very simple and the obvious is clear; all I want to be is "loved". Sad but true, it's good to be loved, to be thought about, wanted, needed, thought of as something fantastic. " all ya need is love"! one of my old and good friends keeps reminding me of the time I said this while drunk " I have a one eyed trouser snake, in my pants for you" he wrote this statment on a overhead projector today for the whole world to see. This was directed at a young lady, not at him I might add. Peace & fuckin' PM
