 So I went to take my nightly smoke-walk with the room mate around the block and low and behold as I'm walking down the street I met a girl. She was kind of shy at first, but ended up being the sweetest thing. She walked home with my room mate and I, came inside, I gave her some water and made her a plate of raw diced SPAM which she annihilated. She's now laying beside me on the couch passed out and looking adorable. I decided to name her Deakin, we've taken to calling her Sweet D because of her amazing demeanor. She's shown no intention of leaving and I don't think I want her to leave.

Did I mention that she's a cat? I'm pretty sure she's a stray, but I'm still going to put up some 'Foud Cat' ads on craigslist, just in case. But I just thought I should share that. This isn't even the first animal I've had fall under my spell. I once caught a cockatiel that landed on my balcony by simply sticking out my finger. I am the beast master. Ask Peg about Murray if you don't believe me.  Hell I might even throw some photos up on here of the little bird. I'm rambling a bit yes, but she's got me feeling loved right now and it's pretty wonderful. It's been a while since I had a pet, and I'm actually allergic to cats, but I don't know if I'll be able to part with Lil' D if it comes down to it.
