So I'm over my cold....Mostly.  I'm still hacking it out and sounding like a pedophile when I laugh.  Still its better than getting something really nasty or the flu.  I hate have an abnormal fear of vomitting.  Needless to say its spread like wild fire around my work and half the staff has come down with it in some form or another.  Except one of my co-workers who I advised to drink 100% grape juice.  He did.  Drank a gallon of it while we were working together no joke.  Well I didn't mention to him the strong ummmm cleansing properties grape juice has and in that quanitity it can be ridiculous.  Suffice to say he had to leave for about an hour and a half to get right. :)

I'm working on getting over taking bad pics of myself.  I hate trying to take pics of me!  I always turn out looking like shit because I'm too concerned with how the damn pic is going to look so I end up looking like a freaking spaz.  Examples to follow.  If anybody has some reccomendations do let me know haha.  Involving ways to break thought process during or things that I could do to alter my apperance!

please keep in mind it was 7am or so and ya....

I just got done watching a wicked documentary series by some of my fave publishers (BBC).  I have to hand to the Brits they make the best Docs. and have the best and most soothing voice overs ever!  Wild Pacific was the new one.  Basically talking about the ocean and the small islands that dot the Pacific Ocean.  Wicked good and brutal.  Some of the scenes in it were very intense as to be expected with BBCs stuff.  I never knew about this but there's a flightless parrot that lives on one of the Islands called a Kakapo.  Wicked this is what it looks like.

It basically looks like a fat old man that has a hunchback and walks around and climbs trees.  Awesome!  People are trying to help them out by assisting with the raising of the young.

Of course I gotta add a couple pics of my boy on here too.  Charles (my other cat hasn't been too photo friendly lately)

i was tossing a hand towel at him.  I love the face haha.  I love the bleach stain on the towel even better!

I hope you're all doing well out there!

Your kitty is the cutest most photogenic thing evar!

Kakapos are adorable, and what an amazing description you gave!  Did the documentary say why they need help rearing the young?  Are they losing habitat, or do they not really care for the babies very well, or is there a predation issue?  I'm so fascinated by these old man hunchback birdies!

he loves posing.

I think its because they don't take care of them very well and they're already endangered so people wanna make sure they got the best shot at life.

And I don't feel there is anything spastic or "wrong" with any of the photos you've taken of yourself.  I think you have an incredibly genuine and endearing smile and kind eyes, and I quite like that.  Please don't change that.

And maybe stay away from that much grape juice :)
