My L.A. trip was fun, lots of money was spent on clothes for wifey and she's very happy.  We ate sooo much fucking food that was all amazing except for this shitty raw place that we ate at in Santa Monica that was fucking horrible.

The highlights of the trip for me were seeing the Jim Henson studio and Puppet Up at the Avalon and the Upper Playground store.  There was prancing in the ocean, lots of noisy love making, walking galore, and sadly no strip club adventure.

So my trip to L.A. was pretty sweet.  I ate lots of good food and spent lots of money on clothes.  I used the past couple of days to catch up on sleep.  I'm back at work after being off since last thursday... bummed.  I'll post a bunch of new photos when I find the cord to do so, cause my memory card slot is ceasing to work.

The flight was pretty smooth and surprisingly we haven't got ourselves too lost yet.  We checked into our hotel in Santa Monica which is super nice with a bathtub as deep as my knees.  After unloading our gear we rolled over to Real Food Daily which was like 2 minutes away, and holy fuck was it good. 

I LOVE YOU RONNIE!!! 

I got the club and Audra got a Caesar wrap and we shared nachos, and it was sooooooo fucking aaaamaazing. I wish we wouldn't have eaten there first cause I think it's gonna be kinda hard for anywhere to top it. 

We went to the Beverly center to do some H&Ming and walk around a bit.  After getting shocked a few times by the escalators we decided we should head over to Melrose and do some more walking.  We got there kinda late cause a bunch of shit was already closed, but we checked out De La Barracuda, Suru, and Munkey King, and I'm amazed that we made it out without spending any money, it was a tough battle. 

We ate at Baja Fresh for dinner.  I know it's no big deal, but we don't have em in Texas anymore, and I wanted to get something quick and easy before heading home and getting some much needed rest.

Today we're gonna check out Santa Monica a bit and we're going to see MSTRKRFT tonight.

So, as I mentioned earlier I'm going to L.A. tomorrow and I'm staying at the Viceroy in Santa Monica.  It appears to be kinda classy, so I'm sure to get asked if I'm in a band a lot and fucked up stares are for sure.  I've been doing some research and I'm pumped that there is a raw vegan joint nearby, so I'm gonna be spending some time there for sure. 

All I know is that I wanna take pictures with Farhaad in Los Amigos park which according to google is nearby.

I'm kinda terrified of natural bodies of water, but seeing as how we're going to be a hop, skip and jump away from the beach I'm gonna have to do the summertime fun thing.

I don't really have any plans, so if anyone has any bright ideas, please share.  If you wanna hang let me know, we're only gonna be there til sunday, so get with it folks. 

I want the following to occur while in LA...
- vegan pizza and doughnuts being shoveled into my face
- see some decent "street art" either on the street or in a gallery
- meet a couple of GGs
- attend a decent rock and roll show
- take the old lady shopping for some stuff to make her feel pretty
- see a naked bitch or two
- spend some money at Amoeba

I've been working really hard on getting my creative space in my house functioning and I 'm really stoked that it's almost there.  I've recently purchased a URL to use to sell me and my posse's sweet t-shirts.  brokenteeth.org. word.  I've been working on a bunch of different art projects and I kinda feel like I'm getting back into the swing of being creative.  I recently kinda reconnected with a really good friend that I had lost contact with and there are plans to make music, so pumped.  The wife and I are heading out to LA tomorrow morning, and our only plans are to eat and relax.  It would be sweet to catch a good show or maybe hit up a stripclub, but I'm not really sweating it.  This journal post totally sucks, but I'm really hot and sweaty at work and feeling kinda rushed, so whatev.
