i swear to the good lord that the next person doing 55mph in the fast lane on the freeway while talking on their cellphone, should get smacked right cross the face just on general principle.

a few posts ago i said something to the point of being fed up with my hair. ive decided that since its never been this out of control, im going to just let it keep going longer and longer and purposely not cut it until i successfully accomplish something that ive been working towards. As soon as i accomplish this goal i will give myself a haircut.
... read full entry >yesterday i rode my bike again for the first time in awhile. i rode for 13 miles from where i live down to next city over and back. it was actually amazing and i plan on doing this more often. i really just woke up and had to do cardio, so i decided to just ride my bike. my new goal is to do this frequently now at least a few times per week.

i woke up at 8:30 for the first time in probably years. so this is what its like to wake up and be normal. i definitely dont dig it. the only thing that seems to get me out of bed before sundown is a session in the studio. oh the things i do for this hustle of mine. Off to create music once again.
i just came across some really old pictures of me and wow! This is another reminder that i am getting old. Well i guess this is what we all do when we are younger but man, i totally thought i was cool back then. I almost shouldnt be showing these.

... read full entry >sounds gross but i wash my hair probably once every few weeks, sometimes longer because my hair is such a mess. I washed it last night and flattened it (yeah i know) after probably a month withouth washing. I flatten it only after i was it because its out of control when its clean and frizzy. I hate to say it but dirty hair just works better.
