so ive already completed month one of P90X and onto week 6 of the program. Soo far ive lost 12 pounds and went from 13.6% body fat down to 10.9%! Have about 7 weeks more to go and i cant wait for the results to really start showing. First month you just slim down and shed the fat away, month 2 & 3 is when the definition and muscle get put on which im excited about. my face has slimmed down quite a bit too which is always nice, heres a lil proof!
