I hate emo..

I guess I'm just at that age prior to the whole trend ? (I've noticed it's really only a younger thing.) Like goth, but faggier and much more harry-potterish. ? It must also be a hair thing also. A 'flip' if you will-

I tried to hang out with a cute little "emo" boy who was a few years younger than me.. and all I have to say about that is NEVER AGAIN! I made it very clear from day one that all I was looking for or interested in was good company, and on day 3 he's already asking me what level of affection he could show me with my 2 and 1/2 year old around!? Uh, NONE!?
*sigh* I had to get rid of that with a quickness! and then of course comes the emo stuff..
He had to delete me from his myspace OH NO!! NOT THAT!!! haha.
He said "I have my reasons."

So Saturday I'm picking up sir phoenix taylor from the airport to come stay with my daughter and I for 9 whole days!
I'm sure we'll have great fun, but I'm a bit nerve wracked! I have to work the normal week (boo) but we have 2 weekends and the evenings together at least. :) I'm sure the time will fly! I'll be sure to post lots of pics and let you know how it went.. hopefully it will be fantastic, although I don't think I've ever had to be a hostess for anything or anyone before. (Not to mention my 2 year old is pretty demanding of my time during the week.) I hope he's not ready to pack up and get a hotel by day 3! ;) (or am I.. ?)

Yay! So I finally got my picture i wanted done last night- the leg sucks I must say. Out of all the areas I've been worked on, I think it hurts by far the worst. She did a great job though- I know the picture is a water-color picture, so to turn a water-color into a tattoo I think she did an awesome job. :) I plan to add some more buterflies eventually, but those are all we had time for before the shop closed. I love it. It was fun. ;)

So, my daughter is on this 'last unicorn' kick- which is cool, because I've loved the movie since I was a little girl. I recall in a recent video update that Amythia's name was after the last unicorn, but that is actually Amalthea. sounding like a-mouth-ee-a. I see amythia as a-myth-i-a.. ? meh. It's awesome if it is, I just didn't know if it were fact or not. :) so, amythia? is it after the last unicorn or not!? This chick wants to know! It's a great name either way- very classy.

ps- meant grOOVe salad :) (I'm a bad speller :D) grove salad sounds like a hedge salad. heheh .:nerd:.
