ROUGH WEEK!!!!

But first.... BOY DID I MISS YOU PEOPLE!!!!!!

Um... where to start.... well despite my 3 best friends bombing me with the fact that they are leaving L.A. in the next few months... like it's easy to find real friends here.... saturday morning.... a week ago.... I'm driving to work at 5:30am LA Time and calling my Mom in NJ like I do daily.... we talk for 15-20 mins and then work... well... NO ANSWER.... we planned the call so I call her cell... NO ANSWER then I call my brother who is working backstage on Bway on BURN THE FLOOR.... he says "I left Mom and hour ago, something is wrong.  What do we do?" 

"I'll call the police station and you call the neighbors.  Who ever gets there first have them use the hidden emergency key!"  (years of working in 9-1-1 call centers and I knew this little key would be needed some day"

So the neighbor gets in and my Mom is sitting at the Dining Room table, breathing, but unconscious... soooo ...... the ambulance gets there andher sugar dropped to 40.... she tried to open her eyes when they said her name, but we were so afraid it was a stroke.  My Mom is a heart patient and well... a diabetic also... soooooo.... they give her the paste and revive her... poor thing wakes up and was so confused the neighbor told me.... but her first words were "Who are you?  What are you doing here"  WHERE ARE THE BOYS?".... when the neighbor told me this I started to cry... one was in NYC and the other in L.A. and well... we only have the three of us... sooooo.... we watch out for each other all the time and talk daily.... and well they would be the first thing I would ask for too.... sooooo  that's us.... she's okay now after 4 days in hospital.  I tried to get home to suprise them but they wanted to charge me 1200 dollars for  the ticket... when I bought 2 tkts for $250 each just 4 weeks ago.... and they wanted to charge me $1000 to move them....they're for december.... what a rip off, but my brother was there in an hour at the hospital and only missed 1 day of work... was with Mom all 4 days... and 1 week later... they're dancing at my cousins wedding in NJ.

Sooooo this week we're all relieved. 

Other than that all my world is about writing.... my latest pilot tv show MIGHT be produced in February.... it's a lot of fun and is gonna need pretty women.... NEIL... I'm recruiting you for the bar scenes as an extra we'll do it together.... NO PAY but my Manager is investing the money and favors... it's gonna be awesome if it gets pulled off.... it's described as the "male version of desparate housewives".  Big meeting this week with an established director... sooo pray please.

But the coolest thing happening is my Manager is also hooking me up with my first web animated show.... all I can say is it's about ZOMBIES & VAMPIRES... I wrote the treatment last week and wrote 18 pages in the last 24 hrs after starting the script.  This is all good... when I need characters I'm going to use your names... if you don't mind?

So that's been my world.... Work, Writing, Workouts and WORRIES..... I started a new diet too... fuckin doctor sells me protein bars I get to eat 3 a day and 1 sensible meal.... I'm ready to go on a 3 state killing spree.... but lost some pounds.... I do cheat on Sundays... at brunch with bottomless champagne.... NEIL knows what I am talking about....

So I'm buzzed as I type this thanks to the BOTTOMLESS glass of champagne I've been sipping since noon!
