So the latest round of house keeping on the models has me a little upset.
I've heard the list is fairly large but some of the girls that are getting cut I don't see why. I know a good lot of the girls that are gettin axed have earned it. No set, not active the whole nine yards. But if a girl is active, posting journals regularly, postin on the forums and in the chat a lot and is gettin the boot for not having any sets is just BS.
Two of the girls that are gettin the boot, that have me pissed are more active than half the girls on the model list. The're in chat damn near everyday, when theres a stikcam room up they are there and even pimpin the fuckin site when people come in and ask about GGs. I know I don't run the place but I do pay to be here and I pay to view the noodz and interact with the people and with these girls it happens.
IMO half the girls that sign up just do it for the name get accepted and run off to tell all thier friends the're an alt porn girl and disappear. There are a couple more that are on my list why they gettin the boot in total its about 5 that I think should be omitted or at least be given some more time. But like I said I don't run the joint...

We are expected to send in a set within a month of getting on the site however. And if the set gets denied and we keep trying its different. A lot of the girls getting cut hadn't tried to send in any sets at all yet. It sucks when some of the girls without sets are super active but really, I can't lie to myself and say members will sign up just to talk to girls, they want to see us naked as well. And with the cut the girls were given an extra week and a half to straighten things out as well as send a set in so its not like they were getting cut without warning. No matter how active a girl is she needs a set. If shes just going to be really active shes better fit to be a member. I'm on the cut list but I talked to Annaliese and I have a set coming in now. I was having problems getting help with shooting a DIY and kept having shitty ones or low quality pictures. Thats now fixed so I won't be going.

Never said anything about just signing up to talk to them, I love the noodz as much as the next guy/gal. What if a girl has had several sets denied? There still trying but at the current time its difficult to get a set together in a week and a half? Is a week and a half enough time for a large list of girls to touch base with annaliese? It could be but it'll sure as shit be overwhelming have to deal with 30+ girls emailing you with "please don't delete me". Like I said in my orginal post I don't run the place but maybe it could have been done a little differently, like compile a master list of girls who are slacking. every two weeks grab 5 girls work with them try get them to submit sets give them a little more personal interaction, perhaps even work something out if one of the girls is busy(its getting close to finals, someone could be moving) You don't hear from a girl within a week then its final. Its a little more time to accomplish the goal but its more fair than just saying do this by this time or ta-ta and in the end you'd still be weeding out what does'nt belong.

From the list of girls up for deletion I'd say only around 5-10 will even notice the post because the majority of them haven't logged on in months. They are also working with those who have been trying. If someone has had several sets denied and is active and tries they are staying or should be, they just have to email their case in so if they really care they should be around still. I mean I don't like girls getting cut anymore than anyone else but I don't really see it as unfair.

its understandable that they dont have sets in. there should be action taken. but like wiggly said, take a different approch at it. not just oh hai, youre getting deleted now. it very un-business like if you ask me and very tasteless.

It went down almost 4 months ago. water under the bridge. Things are kosher now... on to the noodz!

I agree. I don't know the full list of girls getting cut, but there always seem to be a few who disappear each round that really take me by surprise =/
