Ugh.
So a long time ago I basically ripped out one of my nipple rings, but i left it in and let it heal. It healed slightly crooked, but you could not really tell unless you were looking down at it. Recently, it has been hurting, severely. Sometimes it doesn't bother me, but other times it hurts so bad I can't let anything touch it. For example, when my arm brushes up against it, it feels like it is either getting pinched really hard, or is getting ripped out again. I really don't know what this means. I take care of my piercings, I wash them regularly. I do what I am supposed to do, and none of them have ever giving me a problem like this. Today it got to the point where i had to take it out. I am super sad. I have had these for 2 years.
Right now I just have the one in, and I am unsure if I should keep just the one in or take both of them out.
Also, how long should you wait before you get something repierced? I was told somewhere to wait 6 months to a year, but I don't remember where I heard that.

I know you have to wait a good bit. And there's probably gonna be scar tissue.
