i bought a punching bag and some mma gloves and decided to hit the bag for about half an hr today (big mistake) i cut the fuck out of all my knuckles and now my knuckles look like hamburger and its really hard to type it sucks ass but it was great workout . i think when the knuckles heal up im gonna go at it again and hopefully build
