Free JayZ concert and some body painting.

not together of course.
but there we're ALOT of girls in attendance, many of whom were looking great for a sunday night and would make excellent body painting models.
The concert was put together in support of registering voters and the Barack Obama campaign.
tickets became available at several locations throughout miami on thurs. morning at 10am, and ran out at around 10:01am.
well definitely before i could get to em.
*you wanna know why i didnt get em? because like a responsible person, i decided, hey, maybe i should go to class instead, and maybe my brother will wake up in time to pick some up. wrong. which supports my long argued theory that
JayZ > Illustrator class.
friday night at around 4am, i found out a second show, on monday had been announced. tix became available noon sat. morning. i got myself a few extra just in case.
i asked around last minute to see if any of my friends had extra tickets for the sunday night show. you know, just to see. i got super LUCKY (i'll explain shortly why) and got a hold of 2 tix for my brother and i and we made it to the show.
we caught the end of wyclefs set. i understand if you might not like his music, but if you wanna see a crowd go nuts and into party mode, wyclef is your guy. rediculous. i saw him do it about 10 years ago with the fugees, hasnt slowed down a bit.
when JayZ came out the crowd went fuckin lost it. hes one of the only mcs i hadn't seen yet that still cared to see perform.
he's dope. i would've like to hear "dead presidents" and "can i live". but for a badass free concert, you cant complain.
now then, heres why we got lucky. we got to the concert after 1pm and nobody had performed yet. cool. we walked down the street to buy more beer before we walked in. while we're still in the shop, a friend calls my brother and tells him the show's just been cancelled.
the doctor didnt clear JayZ to perform because of his voice. 2 seconds later i see CROWDS of people leaving. im so happy we got to see him the night before. i would've been pretty fuckin upset. and it was hot as fuuuuuuk. people were drenched in sweat waiting for the show to go on.

you know how rappers brag about how sparkly their chains are and all that shit that gets REALLY fuckin annoying?
well, if i had a chain like JayZ's i would'nt shut up about it either. ever.
i think i saw every color in the color wheel sparkle off his chain.
my friend volunteered herself to be our canvas.
which is awesome because i asked around for a while to enter a body painting contest and nobody responded.
well, nobody within reasonable driving distance.
i painted this side and my brother painted the other.
still have to edit the other pics, this is the first one.
i think she looks prrrty good.
im glad she loved how the pic came out so we could do it again.
