I'm off to Vancouver for a week, today. I'll miss you all <3

I'm off to Vancouver and the Sechelt area tomorrow. I leave around 4:00 pm and I'll be home on July 2nd.. but maybe not until July 5th because I might stay in Calgary to catch illScarlett at the stampede.. cause they're my boys and i miss those dudes.

GO GO GO!

So today.

Today I got a wicked sunburn, lmao. I worked at the daycare from 11-4 today. We were having our Summer Party/Barbecue and it was a lot of fun. We had great food and so many people were out and about, it was just great. Lots of moms came and stayed with their children, rather than just dropping them off. My favourite child was there with his mother.

Mmm. Annnd. We got the sprinkler out after lunch and we had a big water fight with all the kids with sponges and buckets and everything. It was so much fun. I was running around in the grass barefoot, completely drenched. Nicole got me real good with a bucket of water, lmao, but oh man it was so much fun today. Now I'm all sunburned, oops!

At around.. 3:50 the fire alarm went off so we gathered our one child up and went out to the meeting place thinking it was a routine fire drill but... there was a real fire on the second floor so the fire trucks and ambulance showed up and whatever. No one was hurt though, so that's good.

I'm going out for dinner tonight with everyone from work + spouses and other friends. It's going to be wonderful, and I'm going to have a great time.
