Learning to Weld

Well yesterday since there was nothing to do, My boss started teaching me how to stick weld.. See attached picture of the awesomeness. he said I am pretty good for it being my first time I am better at flat welds than I am at doing uphill, which is normal cause uphill is fucking hard.
