About 15 years ago, and for a period of several years, I had a very difficult time dealing with a brother's alcoholism.  (To a lesser extent, I also had issues with my father's drinking.)  One of the things I did to help me deal with my co-dependent behavior was to go to Al-Anon meetings.  And in Al-Alon they give you a little book with daily
