I fed it today.

Took out half of it, and added one half water and one half flour. Let it sit on the counter again. I know it might be starting to stink, but that is the fermentation process. If you don't like the stink and it has become bubbly and frothy put it in your fridge. Hopefully I didn't fuck it up. Then I have to restart.
