I have moved into a family member's apartment while my house is being gutted and re-diddled.
It's pretty awesome. I can swim and work out whenever i want and i'm closer to "town".
Also i am loving the red leather sofas and loving even more that my dogs' hair brushes straight off them.

I am getting bored of my hair, i feel like the boy side ... read full entry >

(I did lay out the pictures all pretty-like but i guess it didn't want to stay that way)

Today i -finally- woke up and it was pouring down with rain.
This makes me so happy!
I swear rain is good for the soul, and for melting snow!

The ice on the lake is slowly melting away at the edges and there are birds here again which means summer is on it's way! ... read full entry >

I just spent the last couple of days in Minneapolis kitchen shopping and getting more laser tattoo removal.
It was a good trip besides not being able to eat anything. I hate American germs.

Katrina and i hung out and went to see Stiletto at Sinners. It was just dandy and Stiletto is hothothot and adorable. And Katrina as always was her cute self and ... read full entry >
The update!!! posted : 04/09/08 at 03:33pm pst

First off, let me apologise for my distinct lack of presence on GodsGirls lately. I have been so busy traveling and being with family and friends and generally learning what its like to have a life all over again.

I guess I should begin this update from the time I left the US since that’s when all the amazing things started to happen.

I am back in one piece.

Africa is more civilised than you probably thing and yet so much worse than you could imagine, and i definitely didn't see the worst parts by any means.

My two weeks away seemed like a life time considering how much i did, yet it still wasn't enough.
The following things were what made my trip so amazing.

... tomorrow morning i leave for South Africa.
I am excited to say the least.

The last few days in England have been good. They've consisted of family and friends and food... the best 3 F's!
I got another memory card for my camera so i can take infinite pictures since i am not taking my laptop to upload them. Also got a memory card for my blackberry ... read full entry >

So once again i am packing my bags and leaving the UP.
I can't say i'm sad. The only things i'd miss unbearably besides the person coming with me; are my dogs, and our friend Caitlin is house-sitting to help her decide if she wants dogs or not.

More and more i'm realising how much i LOVE the UK... people always tell me how lucky i am to have left ... read full entry >

So today i have mostly been getting my myspace, trig and wordpress (yes, i just got it) up to date.
There are lots of new pictures and blogs and all that good stuff.
I'm just getting used to wordpress, i think its kinda weird and not idiot-friendly enough for my liking... but i will get there in the end!

Its so satisfying to not have any unread ... read full entry >

So i am -almost- back to being healthy, besides my head being full of phlegm, the cough and the apparent lack of  appetite.
I have an appointment with the doctor on monday to make sure everything is clearing up and also to ask how i can not get viruses every time i fly (hopefully she will suggest travelling in a bubble).
I don't usually mind ... read full entry >
