I hate this. So many set ideas and I can't do anything with them because my computer is mortally wounded.

Shitty on the computer front, but what about executing the ideas anyway? Taking a few sets and just putting them on a memory card until you can get access to a computer that likes you? It might not be such a bad idea - then you have content ready and waiting for you!
