the doctor went really well, i was surprised. ive lost another 15 pounds since i was last there 2 months ago. that's the only time i weigh myself, at the doctor cuz eff that shit, i go by how i feel. and i feel like i gained all that weight back, def not lost more, especially not that much more. so that was yay. and no antidepressants, new benzos
