Goodness gracious. Shit has gone been so crazy.
As of two weeks ago, I am a stripper at The Jungle. At first, I hated it but now that I've worked two weeks straight and made bank, I love it. The only things I hate about it is I am absolutely COVERED in bruises. I seriously look as though my legs got run over by a four-wheeler or a HoverRound. Also, a lot of my high school teachers come in pretty much every night and want VIP dances, which is really fucking awkward because they used to give me homework and now they want me to rub my tits in their face. Or maybe they always did. Haha.
Also I lost my freaking iPhone at the club last Saturday. It's stupid that someone took it off my table because 1) I haven't paid my bill in like two months so it's about to be turned off and 2) I have it set to where you have to have the password to even use it at all. So whatever asshole thought it would be funny to wander off with my phone must have felt really stupid. Anyway, I'm using my brother's iPhone now because he's locked up...so I guess it all worked out.
I'm really stressing about money. Sure, being an exotic dancer (such a throw-back term) is good money, but it's never steady. Like one night I'll make three hundred dollars and the next night I'll make only seventy-five. Which is still good money, don't get me wrong, but I'm so far in debt that it's barely enough. And it doesn't help that I'm trying to move to Philly ASAP. It's strange that the cost of living there is cheaper than it is here. Go figure.
If I had my camera, I'd post pictures of my bruises. You guys need to give strippers more love. Shit is HARD.
Anyway, I'm about to eat dinner. I'll try to get on again soon.

Stripping has its realy sucky time... i hate those nights when you pretty much leave with shit after tipping out and paying house fees and all... that really sucks. But when its good its good

The house fees are the worst! They want 10% of OUR hard earned money?! Lame. Oh well. l'll probably make better money after I get better at it.

well it still sucks either way i mean hell they arent the ones out there spreading their legs and rubbing their boobs in peoples face... they make enought money off the door fee and drinks and food that people get.....

I've been stripping for a year and a half and I don't get bruises anymore, so you have that to look forward to! But get a part time job and it'll make it so you don't have to worry so much about shitty nights.

Wow, I'm a REALLY open-minded person, but having your old teachers come in to get VIP dances from you is seriously awkward. How weird is that? Money is money, but that's kinda fucked up of them to ask you for that.

stripping is hard...i'll agree with that.
i danced a few months back...just cause. it was an experience i guess. but DAMN i had no idea how much work was involved. constantly moving, crawling, pretending to be nice 24/7...it was exhausting! the money though...awesome. and i'm sure it will get easier for you soon. ;)
