Well first of all Victoria, I'm not trying to collect a debt not 'stalking' you. There is a significant difference.
You sold me that non-working phone on Craigslist for $55, not $40, but now you owe me $147.20 after I received a judgment against you in small claims court ( CC2007-154265SC ). You were confident that you would win in court but couldn't be bothered to show up. Where were you?
The truth:
I came to your home to pick up the phone with cash in hand. You said the battery was dead but I had brought along a charged battery and my SIM card. When I powered up the phone, the home screen had an image you stated was you and a girlfriend in a pose from an adult website she had. I said "whoa! Is she single?" Then quickly added "just kidding" because I was not in any way serious with the comment. At no time did I ask you out or allude to such a proposition. I don't even drink coffee. After powering up the phone was on, but none of the keys would work. You stated that it take some time for the new phone to register with the SIM card. That sounded reasonable to me so I, trusting you, gave you the cash and went home.
After an hour of fiddling with the phone I contacted you via phone and email. You immediately stated that the phone was probably 'locked' and offered up some websites for me to try and 'unlock it'. You even wrote that you would pay for any 'unlock' code needed. I spent the weekend trying to 'unlock' the phone with no success. I even took the phone down to AT&T to see if they could do anything but was unsuccessful. After a week of you not returning my calls or emails I finally got you on the phone. I told you that I could not unlock the phone and that I wanted to return it to you and that if you could get it unlocked I would re-purchase it. You pretty much claimed that it was all my responsibility and we went downhill from there. It's called 'warranty of merchantability" Victoria, and it means when you sell someone something it has to be able to do what it is intended to do.
So yes, as I researched you on the Internet to gather information I needed to file my small claims action I did leave negative feedback on several sites. Live Journal was one as you are selling clothes on there and if you checked you would see that I had an account from several years back. Your Myspace was private so no, I couldn't leave comments there. "DA" and "MM" I have no idea what that is but I'll look into it.
Yes I find it satisfying that your, by your own words, life is fucked up. And in my mind, performing sexual acts in front of a webcam (girlsoncam.com)= webcam whore so I called it like I saw it. Apparently that wasn't very lucrative for you as you've moved on. That's what karma is all about. I don't go around ripping people off so my life is just fine. I do, however, vigorously pursue people who try to take advantage of me so you can bet I will be pursuing this matter, legally, until the end.
So please, move back. My next step will be to garnish your wages and/or bank accounts to satisfy your debt to me. I can also report you to all TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian which would put a black mark on your credit for up to 7 years. I'm actually enjoying learning all the legal ways of going after people who rip you off.
But I'm a reasonable man Victoria, and to prove it I'll accept a personal apology and the original $55 you owe me. I'll chalk up the extra court costs and service costs as a learning experience, because it has been. I'll even report the judgment as satisfied to the court within 30 days of receipt and provide a copy to you. Then, and only then, our business will be finished.
You know how to reach me.
