I just want to give a personal shout out to Santa this year. Christmas is usually not so fun for me and I'm usually a big ol' grinch, but this year was the best Christmas I've had since I was 5.

Starting with the beginning of December, my modem decided to die... AGAIN!! I think I wrote about it earlier, but since I live in a woodsy area, anytime the wind is blowing too hard or it's raining cats and dogs our power goes out and sometimes the internet dies. I really don't know why... I mean, I know why the power goes out - our power generator is right next to a creek, but I don't understand why the internet has to crap out. Hahahahah, in my desperation Greg woke up to find me slamming the modem against the floor crying my eyes out.

While the internet was out, I got to put together our christmas tree and decorate the whole house. You don't really realize how long it takes to put those ornaments up until you're like, "Wow, it's been like... 4 hours o_O."

I don't want to take it down because it took so freakin long to put up. OHHHHHH, and when I took my dog to get thier hair/nails cut, when they came out they had little christmas bows on thier head... awwwwwwww!!!

I tried to put them back on them for christmas day but they were like, "Sorry bitch, but not TODAY! >:O"

Promptly after they fixed our line (took them about a week), I could finally do my online christmas shopping. I bought Greg new Dr. Dre headphones, mythbusters on dvd, shooter and the italian job on blu-ray, two new shirts from american apparel, shaun white snowboarding for the ps3, and a tap out hoodie. I was a little late sending my christmas cards out because like every time I went to buy stamps everywhere was sold out, and I was trying to avoid going to the post office because I just knew it was going to be swamped... plus I feel like I'm going to get bombed or something. Long story short, I had to wait in line for 2 hours, just to get stamps. I tried the little vending machine but it wanted exact change, and I only had a 10, so I guess it expects me to carry about 50 dollars worth in change at all times. OBVIOUSLY.  I bought myself a present from SJ's clothing line... I'll have to take pictures when it arrives.

Fast forward a little after all the christmas shopping was done, and I had to work on christmas eve. All day long they were letting people leave like 2 1/2 hours early to beat the traffic so I'm like yay, maybe I can go homeeeee. I went home around 8, got to the house around 9, and wrapped like a mad woman. I got some neat stuff...

Plus like 50 bucks worth of iTunes, which I promptly spent on Jakob Dylan. There is also this epic 90's play list I think I might buy. Greg and I got the usual AMC gift certificates as a couple, so I want to go see the curious case of benjamin button. If you haven't seen the trailer, you should...

I've heard it was very sad...

I'm excited to read how everyone else's christmas was, I missed GG so damn much. Kudos to who designed the layout, it looks so much fucking cooler and it's way easier to navigate. I especially like Charity on the front page!
