i've decided to just shape up my eating habits in order to shed some extra pounds.
here are my new rules:
1. no eating after 6pm.
2. no more fast food.
3. no more soda.
4. go tanning (i noticed that when i go tanning i feel happier physically and mentally)
5. be less lazy!
