Camera advice

I'm going to make myself a tiny present this Christmas.I'm buying a camera,oh yeaah at very last:)
But I'm kind of confused,should i buy Canon 50d or should I go for much more cheaper Nikon d200 and spend the rest on equipment?
I would appriciate to know your appinion;)

I just found out that it's pretty hard to make a "buy nothing day" for me
everyday I go out,even if I just go to my job or wherever else I just have to buy anything,everyday

I felt so happy tonight)Shopping in Ikea makes me happy for some reason.We bought some wicked stuff and loads of candles and I spotted a huge mirror for my room but didn't have enought cash with me,loooser.And than my mom called,she was telling me how they miss me and that she saw me in her dream and I felt almost crying.My dad's going on ...

and SOoo excited,I've ordered a dancing pole!I literally pee my pants each time i think of it,ohfuck I can't wait to get it.
I want to put it in our bedroom but apparantly there's too little space and loads of my lovely junk in it so I think I will have to put the pole in the lounge=(doooh,no privacy
