nipples at $15 each? Man, prices sure have gone down since I got mine done (but that was like 10 years ago. haha)

Anyway, I vote nipples. Quick, easy, less expensive, and you'll get it out of the way. The tattoo should come at a time when you really FEEL like you're ready for it, and all signs point to yes.

I'd go with the tattoo, but that's just because I'm more into tattoos than piercings.  I suppose you should look at it practically if money is an issue right now, though.

I go to under your skin at the aurora mall, they do really cheap piercings. Still a great job, just cheaper.

Yeah...hmm...that's a tough one.   I think the nipple piercings would be the best choice of the two.   It's a lot less permanent!   You might change your mind on the tattoo later.

i agree to wait on the tattoo. things are still pretty fresh, and i think that as empowered as you feel now; that feeling will only grow. i only say wait because the placement is such a commitment. i don't think you are really making a mistake with either though, and you definately need/deserve a new modification!

It seems like it might be wise for you to just hold your horses and wait untill you've got some more money before you get your tattoo. i'm sure you want it to be just right. x
