The "long" holiday weekend didn't seem very long to me! I think I slept through most of it. On Saturday, I had a photoshoot for a local designer who is out of control amazing. She designed an outfit for me that was based on black holes and worm holes. The shoot was at the old L.A. zoo ruins in Griffith Park. Some guys were shooting a student film there too. Their film had a SASQUATCH in it so I was in heaven. I didn't get a picture with Sasquatch. Lame! The make-up/hair person couldn't make it so we had to improvise. I busted out my obnoxious clown wig since my own hair is so hideous and boring. It was sooooo hot and sweaty and filthy outside. These are unedited (besides the cropping) images shot on actual FILM.

I had to walk by Starbucks to get into my building with half my face painted blue and my forehead painted yellow. These tattooed dude bros were out front staring at me as I was walking by and I said, "I just got done with a photoshoot--give me a break!!!!". They were amused.
My special dude was getting tattooed all day on Saturday so I visited him and I got my ears stretched some more since the tape on my old plugs were getting pretty gnarlsbad.
My dude got plugs with real dead SPIDERS inside of them. I am jealous.
I finished building my Dark Elf Warriors and they just got primered this morning. Now I have to build my Cold One Knights and finish painting my Dark Ark Corsairs. It took me almost one hour to paint just one of them and I am not even done! Weak!

Last year, for my birthday, my awesome dude got me a '62 Rambler American. Unfortunately, it was incredibly unsafe to drive and virtually impossible for me to drive read: tricky transmission + no power steering.+ I am weak = MAJOR BUMMER! We were able to sell it to people who had the time to put into it. It had a silver glitter interior and white Yeti fur headliner. It was glorious...
I'm a lucky lady.
