I need some cheerin up.
My day was going just fine until my best friend confessed his undying love and admiration for me. And from there it just spiraled downward.

Can I just say how much I hate having anxiety disorder.
I had a fucking awful panic attack tonight and I feel awful because I know it scared Jackie.
I don't know how to control it and it's making me crazy
