tonight i decided to make my famous m&m choc-chip cookies. i basically found two recipes i liked at the age of about 12, combined them, altered and edited, and ended up with the most kickass recipe on the planet. seriously.

after seeing livia's cookie porn, i HAD to document the process in all of its mouth-watering stages.

the reason my cookies taste so fucking incredible is because of this -

about eight gallons of chocolate.

josh turned up at my house as i was baking and got excited - which is rare, as he is not a huge eater, or a huge food enthusiast as i am. he ate raw dough, licked the bowl clean, AND ate baked cookies. which is more than he usually does, and proves to me that my cookies can crack even the toughest of nuts. he asked me to use the last clump of dough to make him a giant cookie.

today i got myself a present - a yoga DVD for beginners. because of my staff discount, it only cost me $6 from work. i was stoked.

i am really excited about the prospect of learning yoga as it has been something i have wanted to do for such a long time.
