The other day when making risotto, I grabbed the defrosted chicken out of the fridge... only to be faced with what looked like a vagina. Frankly, I stopped and stared at it. I lolled. Then I took photos for proof.

Do I have a dirty, ridiculous mind, or do you all see a fat chicken pussy here too?

It looks so gross and slimy... especially when swimming in defrosted juice. I hate raw meat so bad. I cut it up though and cooked it, and then life was good again. No more chicken snatch.

I found a few mobile photos of me and my pals on Friday the 13th at that costume party - They are blurry. I was drunk. I apologize.

One of my goals for the year is to bake EVERY single cupcake from Vegan Cupcakes take over the world. I fucking love every flavor I've tried so far... Plain chocolate and vanilla, chocolate cherry-creme and last week I made coconut/coffee/choc ones. I forget their actual name and I am far too lazy to walk the three steps to my bookshelf to find out.

Nonetheless, here is a photo. They tasted sooo good. Best ones so far. Toasting coconut is fun.

Speaking of coconut (and how good it smells!) - I ran out of my Harajuku Lover's "G" perfume last night, and I am fucking heartbroken. My favorite perfume by far. I am going to get more dammit... somehow... with my limited dollars.... GRRRRRRRR. I managed to scour every last drop out of the bottle before I went to see Watchmen last night. Still not sure if I really thought it was a good movie. Nothing at all like I expected. It was cool, and had some really great moments, and I now have an insatiable desire to own Miss Jupiter's costume...... but.... no solid opinion as of yet.... I guess I like it, but I am still not sure about it. Undecided as to whether I will watch it again.

My Nonna makes amazing Italian food, and the other day I came home to find two crates stacked with bottles of her homemade sauce, also ONE piece of eggplant lasagne left. I ate it. It was oily and delicious. I used paper towel to soak up a majority of the oil, because, while I love my Nonna's cooking, I often wish it would include about one tenth of the amount of oil and salt.

The day after, I made gnocci with my Nonna's sauce and topped it with cheese. It was heaven. I gave a bottle of sauce to a friend and he was stoked. What a gift!!!
