yesterday winnie came home from the vet at 3:30pm. it was exciting to have her back since she had been gone from 9am the day before and i missed her terribly.

the vets gave me an update tuesday and said she was doing fine, sitting calmly with her drip, keeping well hydrated in the 40 degree plus weather. they called me wednesday morning to say she was fine and had been eating a little. so YAY.

anyway she came home and seemed a little tired and hungry, so i fed her and she scoffed her buscuits happily. and i thought she was fine so i went out for about an hour. and then at 10pm i get a call from mum saying she had thrown up. so i rushed home and she was sick several times on my bed and the floor. poor baby. after about an hour of broken patches of vomiting, she calmed down and slept right next to me all night, with big purrs and smiles all night.

i set my alarm for 8am so that i could call the vet as soon as they opened. they said it was best to feed her plain, soft food that was easy to digest, and to boil some chicken. so winnie's uncle simon (my bro) helped me to boil some chickenz.. since id never done it before hahaha. and she LOVED it. she gets small portions each hour or two.

the vet called back and said to pick up some antibiotics that they had prepared for her. so i went out to get nip/tuck season two and grabbed her medicine on the way home. im so excited dude... they are hot pink liquid antibiotics, and she only needs 2ml a day, which is a nice stretch from having to force her to take 5ml of water every half hour like i had to do on monday. BUT THEYRE HOT PINK. and she actually seemed to like the taste :D

i could not have done all of this without her daddy around. i like our little family =) and i think she will be okay, for sure.
