So, what's new? After like 20k gold and weeks of work I got my 75 pet achievement and reward.
It was the drood's birthday on Friday last week. We decided last minute that he would come and pick me up (which is pretty annoying for him as we live an hour from each other and he'd worked all day) and I would spend two nights at his house. So we got back to his, I did my hair and makeup, then we caught a cab to town and got drunk. The night included the alt club I always go to, my favourite cocktail bar and my favourite gay club in Adelaide. I drank a combination of Tim Tam cocktails, Jagermeister and vodka and ended up dancing with the drood all night, then having crazy drunk sex. It was pretty win. We also took some cute photos in the photobooth and I can't stop looking at them. I'm super lame.
I had another photoshoot on Saturday with Darklight Photography. It was a 50s beach theme but it was shot in a studio. I haven't seen any of the pics yet but I'm sure a few of them will be cute. That night we went to go see Transformers 2. As much as it's probably very difficult to believe, it was actually better than the first one! The cinema was packed and everyone was making noise. It was a lot of fun! I was a bit disappointed that they made Soundwave look different but his unique sounds make me orgasm, so I can't complain too much. Annoyed that a certain Decepticon got killed when he's meant to be one of the most clever of them all, but I guess not everything can be the way you want it.
I also saw, for the first time ever, the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Freddy vs Jason, Spiderman 3 (not the first 2 though, emo Spidey ftw) and Idiocracy. The drood has wonderful taste in movies.
Only one bad thing happened all weekend, excluding my hangover of course, and that was this really wierd dream I had about flying insects. Apparently I was sitting up in bed yelling and the drood had to pull me down, shake me and wake me up. How embarassing!
I ran AQ40 for the first time ever and scored 3 of the 4 mounts you can get in there.
I spent this weekend with the drood. My Harry Potter costume came and I bought a Harry Potter costume for the drood so now we're all set for the movie launch with Ash and her boyfriend! I also decided I'm going to go to AVCon (Anime and Videogame Convention) in a few weekends. When I went onto the website to see how much tickets were I found out they needed volunteers, so I applied. I emailed the girl who is organising the Maid Cafe and said I was interested. She emailed back and it turns out she's actually an old friend of mine from my early teen years and the spots were filled but she'll see what she can do. If she can't get me into the Maid Cafe, she's going to recommend me for the videogame area. Woot! I figured, considering I had to go to the costume shop to buy the drood's Harry Potter costume, it was a good excuse to buy a French maid outfit anyway ;)
I also got a Worgen pet and I'LL NEVER TELL HOW OR WHERE MWAHAHAHA

My buddy keeps trying to get me to do WoW but I just pre-ordered Aion about a month ago. I've been diggin it pretty much. But he pretty much feels its a rip of WoW, with better character customization. He said that it does have some pretty cool things that WoW doesnt, but he wont leave WoW. Guess I'll give it a try sometime and see how much I like it. But I'll be in the same boat as him... I will have 2 paid service MMORPGs with Aion and City of Heroes, and dont foresee myself paying for a 3rd. Ugh.
Soundwave would've been SO easy to fit in as a boombox in the bike shop or something. They really messed up on him and Devastator. Soundwave was voiced by the original guy if I recall correctly. Wish they would've done that with Megatron instead of using Hugo Weaving. But not sure if the original guy is dead or not. Never bothered to look it up.

Ha ha. Sounds like a pretty epic weekend.
Gots to disagree about Transformers 2... i'm still trying to figure out how Bay managed to fuck it up considering the first one. There were bits i loved but too many bits that i didn't... My gf is exactly the same about Soundwave and his voice... he pretty much makes her jizz her pants. But she was a tiny bit disappointed with him too... but i had to tell her she was sounding a little fanboy-ish at how picky she was being. lol.
I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about with the WOW stuff... but you sound stoked. So i'll just say awesome and try to sound convincing! haha!
