Well Italy was totally AMAZING. I think I must have been Italian in a past life or something cause they sure share my obsession for shoes/boots. I actually managed to find a street that was all shoes stores. I was in HEAVEN. Sadly because everything is leather or suede out there they sure cost a pretty penny. Still I can drool and dream and I bought 3 pairs anyways. hahah. I SUCK. You'd never know I was totally skint when I do dumb shit like that. Hello visa you are my friend. lol
Had another round of bad news when I got home though, was kinda expecting it as it's been going that way all year. My hubby's cousin got bad results for her breast cancer. Even though she just had one taken off they think it's spread ... a lot. So she's going in for chemo for the next 7 months. My heart is breaking for her. Her wee baby just turned one in August. Life sure isn't fair lately.
BUT... this is October...and almost the end of it and I cannot wait for this year to be over. Next year will be better, I can feel it in my bones... or maybe thats the rain outside. ;)

I'm sorry to hear that. It's a shitty thing. She is the 3rd person this year that is close to me to get cancer. I hope she gets through this though,she's only 31

she's young..I hope that she gets through it too. At work we are all about charities and this month we're selling Breast Cancer Awareness merchandise
