I'm with Wychlea on this one... I dont think it will matter if it is just a card or if it is something expensive. I think what will matter to your dad is that it's something from you. If it's from the heart, he will always cherish it. Buy him a card and a 6-pack. ;) Tell him it's one for each decade of celebration and one for another great decade ahead!

Haha, whatever works! I wasn't 21 when my dad was 50, either. Mine's turning 58 this year, and he still gets out on his motorcycle all the time!
