Some of the matches seem a little unfair (the praying mantis v.s the japanese hornet for example) but overall the pairings are pretty good. The fight you see when you first go to the site (stag beetle v.s sand scorpion) that's the beetle I JUST got tattooed on my left shoulder blade. :D

YES, it's a little on the cruel side but...what can you do? Them Japanese folks find the strangest ways to entertain themselves. Can't argue with that.

i have to wear glasses. i never do. finally went in to the optometrist on friday and had an eye exam + picked out some cute new juicy frames. i like the frames a lot so maybe that will get me to wear them every day like i'm supposed to. :o

i am going to canada next month! for a short visit. instead of april-june. the goal is to go BACK up there in june for another boyfriend visit + the nix convention though. so if all goes well i'll still be attending that. going to be in l.a for my 21st birthday though so that should be cool. i'm bummed i don't get to spend my birthday with the dude but when you're dating someone long distance (for now) you have to give up some stuff/make some sacrifices.

i'm happy. i'll just make the most out of seeing him next month and we'll go out to dinner or something as an early birthday celebration. :D

i got more work done on my sleeve last night and it's all swollen and leaky today... gross. looks awesome though. i really want to finish this sucker this year.

before my tattoo appointment klariza and i had an improptu shoot to test out her fancy schmancy new ring flash. ended up with some pretty good stuff. i love her.

life is good and i am planning on running away back to canada very soon for a while. i miss my dude.
