Stylish girl of the week: Maddox
Maddox has such a quirky, yet feminine look. Her unique look can serve as inspiration to many ladies out there. That's why she's Stylish Girl of The Week!
Introduce yourself to the readers that may not be familiar with who you are.
Hey Everyone!
I'm Maddox, I model for various lines and places and can also be found on Godsgirls.com.
Im in love with fashion, trends and individuality...whilst never losing focus on animal rights.
I'll be launching my own clothing label in the near future....so watch my myspace for details.

How long have you been into fashion?
When I was a wee girl I lived in Hong Kong for a while where I would dive and swim alot, I was mostly naked! When we moved to England...I hated clothes - My mum would have to follow a line of clothes down the garden till she found me in my panties prancing around the lawn...I would strip wherever possible!
I've been told when I came round to the idea of clothes...I was a big spender!

How would you describe your personal style?
I like to look messy and borderline tomboy! There is a presenter in the UK called Alexa Chung, she's brilliant at using classy, vintage style which is glamorized with designer pieces then scruffed up to a tomboy rock n roll affect!
For me its the same, I'm all about the effortless chic look combined with boyish styles, playing my key pieces down with rigid efforts and accessories.
My style is forever changing, I love punk...but will still be inspired by Lady Gaga's new wave and Anna Sui.
I adore pulling on a LA baseball cap yet keeping things glam and sometimes 50's retro.
I like looking at mags of "whats in" then mixing in my own punk effects.

The girls at GG seem to be a stylish bunch. Do any of the other girls influence your style?
Of course they do, they are indeed a stylish lot! This may sound super cheesy but I stand by it when I say....each girl has something different to offer whether its their cute taste in underwear to their awesome make - up skills. I learn so much from them all in journals and forums. Its not just a site for men to lurk the beautiful ladies but a community to talk freely about anything and everything and to swap knowledge with awesome people who know their stuff, Models and Members alike!
Can you tell I love it?!
If I had to choose...You should check out SJ, Orian, Elizabeth, Julene, Charity and Dylan for cute personal influences!
The best accessory a girl can have is (fill in the blank).
Ohhh Can I have more than one? It depends on the season!
Sunglasses, A good handbag, Sandals, False Eyelashes, New Era cap.
The best one? A good handbag!! Chanel/ Max Azria/ Oscar De La Revita and Christian Dior.
On a budget my clutch H&M bag is a classic favourtie to me! t was super cheap, I tied a skull scarf to it for extra ompf!
Do you have a favorite outfit? If so, what is it?
I love band tee-shirts with leggings, its either casual or with heels a bit more classy, I'll dress it up with false eyelashes and a leopard print coat or dress it down with a plaid shirt, cap, and high top nikes....or your classic skinny jeans!
When I'm out everyone loves a LBD!
Teaming that with heels, lippy and a plaid shirt for a classy boyish look!
How would you advise someone on remaining stylish on a budget?
Band tee shirts are super cheap!! Buy one and cut the sleeves off, match with cheap leggings and an old plaid shirt matched with some awesome accessories.
Depending on your size buy the things in the sale that no one wants cause its XXl and use it as a dress, tie a skinny belt round your waist, depending on the garment.
Mens crew necks are lush for XXL sales, cut the sleeves and necks off them too! Check out Rebel8 for great designs!
Vintage shopping is the best, have a rummage! I've found some great designer stuff in those places - in your local big city vintage or charity stores...some celeb's load off extra awesome baggage down there...there are a couple of places in London where some do this every now and then.
So get to know those charity till assistants and keep your eyes peeled!
