there is a sweet competition going on right now involving all your favourite diy's from your favourite ladies.

well... i happen to have a set nominated, and although i am extremely flattered to be included among these amazing sets, i don't necessarily feel like i should win.  still, everyone should get involved and go vote for the set they think should win! there are a lot of amazing sets in there, it's feeling almost impossible to decide who to vote for!

speaking of amazing sets... holy crap.  my mind is being blown by the epicness that is the front page right now.

harlow and fox? seriously. wow.

so last night i decided to deep condition my hair, i used dumb blonde by bed head, let me tell you, this stuff smells like i imagine swimming in a pool of pineapple juice would smell like, except with less stinging.

anyways, i walked around my house with a shower cap on my head for about half an hour, and my hair felt so nice and i smelled pineapples all night while i slept.  now, get this, this morning i decided to use this other new conditioner that i bought, it's supposed to repair damaged hair (my hair isn't too happy after bleaching it).  my mom apparently decided to put her new face wash in the tub as well, and it's the same size, colour, and shape of bottle as my new conditioner.  i am blind as a bat without my glasses, and i ended up putting this stupid face wash in my hair instead of the conditioner.

i am such a moron and my hair felt ruined when i tried to rinse it out (a few minutes later).  roar! i basically un-did the conditioning i did last night.  oh well, i mostly got a funny story out of it.  i figure i will just be careful from now on, and i still have a little while to get my hair in better condition before i go back for a second bleach job.

speaking of a little while, in 9 sleeps eddie, marla, amythia, and myself will find ourselves on an airplane across the country.  TORONTO HERE WE COME.
