Todays been a nice day. KInd of chilly outside but i got to sleep in. So far i've had a bath ate some breakie and cleaned. I thought i was gonna get called into work but i guess not.  So hopefully i get the whole day off so i can relax and spend time doing some house stuff. Tonight i'm giong to a dinner with my bf at his parents house. I'm thinking of bringing an appetizer.  One of my favorites is Tortilla Pinwheels. 

Tortillar Pinwheels

8oz sour cream                                                     8oz cream cheeze

1 4oz can diced green chillies, drained            1/2 c. green onions, chopped

1c. cheddar cheese, shredded                         1 4oz can chopped black olives, drained

garlic powder to taste                                        5    10" flour tortillas

1 10oz jar salsa (optional)

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl; mix well.  Stir in green chillies, black olives, cheese, green onions, seasonings. Spread mixture  over each tortilla. Roll like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap, twist ends. Refrigerate for several hours (optional). Cut into pieces and serve plain or with salsa. Makes 10-12 servings.
