I went running this morning. I only made it for five minutes until I had an asthma attack and had to stop. I have asthma from allergies and exercise. So it totally sucks. I think I am going to try bicycling instead on Wed. Hopefully mom still has some bicycles I can ride! Otherwise I will have to go to the gym and ride a stationary one.
