Yesterday I went to the Death Cab for Cutie Concret...
As I said yesterday in my confused status, I'm a hunter for special moments of passion. And as I said yesterday, I was sure to find one at this concert... in fact there was none.
The music of Death Cab for Cutie is so nice and emotional when you listen to it at home... but the band was so arrogant and absolutely unpassionated just making doing their buisness... they did very well.
But the thing I'm looking for when I go to see a concert are emotions... this was just watching workers doing their work... sad, cause I adore their songs.
In good news: I slept very well tonight and feel better now.
Bye Bye Death Cab for Cutie, I loved you... (HOW pathetic I can be... :)

it's not pathetic. if i spent money to go to a concert i'd want to know that the people were going to show they appreciate my money by atleast giving a good performance

oh they performed good... they made no faults and stuff... but it was not the kind of concert I like...

I really agree with you...Death Cab used to put on some amazing, heartfelt performances...now, they seem to just be playing songs in front of people...if you want to see something amazing, go see the Decemberists or Sigur Ros.

I could not agree with you more. An emotional performance is far superior to a "album perfect" performance any day.
I want to feel the passion coming from the stage, not every note like it is on the CD.
