I did it. I cut my hair short again. I promised myself that I wasn't going to EVER again, but it happened. I'm pleased with it though. I've had short hair the majority of my life and I kind of feel more "like myself" with shorter hair, although I LOVE having longer hair because of all you can do with it. You can basically be 7 different people a week if you want, but with short hair, it's pretty much the same thing everyday (not that I mind that at all). It was liberating to cut it short again myself. I feel more "womanly" with short hair, and now that I'm 23, I keep hearing that I'm OFFICIALLY a woman now, haha whatever that means. I think maybe I got a little more hip to me than before my birthday too (I know what you're thinking, and no it's not from birthday cake and valentine's day candy...and no I'm not pregnant haha). I enjoy having a little mass to me. I'm pretty petite, but I'm pear shaped. I like how I have all my weight in my hips...like a mermaid. 

Tagged along to the skatepark with my boyfriend and our roommate, boyfriend got in a gnarly collision with a bmxer (later I convinced him to go to the doctor and now he has a cute little wrist brace).

Valentine's day just so happens to also be my lover's birthday, so most of the focus was on him (and before you say, 'Oh how lame...', think about how great it is that the person I love the most get's to be so happy all day! It makes me elated).

We went out for breakfast and coffee, then he went snowboarding with some friends and while he was gone I made him this sick woodburning.

I also made these...rather interesting...plugs. Bits and pieces from the hardware store, wood glue and some sloppy petal-shaped burns. I really love how they look in my ears though, they're delicate and pretty.
