Jezebel

I chose the name Jezebel for a couple of reasons, a.) Due to the title of the site
I wanted something biblical with implications of naughtiness and
b) the stereotypical hypersexual black female has been referred to as a jezebel throughout the past and I thought it would be humorous,perhaps to me and me only, to exploit that fact.

DIY teasers

My roots will not be done until tomorrow *sigh*
Today I auditioned for the role of a stripper named "Delicious"
in a movie called "Dope Money", a small independent film.
It would be sweet if I landed the part.

Ganguro/Yamanba

I am having my roots re-done today.
There is an Andy Warhol exhibit in town that
I just have to see at some point.
I did a ganguro/yamanba based photo shoot about a year ago
that was way fun. I <3 Japanese fashion trends.

So I worked out yesterday and it was so sunny and shadeless
that I now have tan lines in the shape of my sports bra

I also purchased a few new flicks:
*The young poisoners handbook (Thallium anyone?)
*Inland Empire (I am such a David Lynch fan its not funny)
*Snow White: A tale of terror (this tale is more akin to Grimm's)
and Stephen King's Sleepwalkers (shapeshifters gone wild)
