So today I saw this, by Henry Rollins.
As an update I am about to move into my new place tomorrow. My room is going to be....so majestic and cuddly.
And otherwise have been working on these:
"Crazy Like A Fox," stage 1, construction. (ultimately: helmet, cardboard, tape)
"Dear John" stage 2, paper mache layer
The fox is going to be copper and cream. I think im going to wear a big dramatic velvet coat with a high collar. Goodwill here is banging for cheap treats.
The skull is going to be pastel pink with red/maroon details. its going to be terribly weird.

i love henry rollins, reading his books sometimes is like reading my own journal, lol. he's wonderfully cynical. i totally agree with that reading thing. 'i'm reading this new patterson book' (interchangable with deen koontz, tom clancy, danielle steele, etc.) is definately a deal breaker. but a girl who likes philosophy or history or poetry... that's love man.
i like your masks too, thats really neat. =)

$50 is worth it for the small plastic bag of cheap fabric, right?

Nah, I think you should keep the fox thing. Maybe give it a little traditional Japanese flair, and be a kitsune; a fox spirit that helps people, and is an occasional trickster. Its also a popular motif for female ninjas. It is rad as hell, though.

I should be the fox from the The Gingerbread Man. i can bake a bunch of cookies and eat them through the night. crumbs flying.
Man, I love Halloween.
Although something tells me...or something in me KNOWS that I will not be hungry on Halloween.

I have such a sweet tooth, this time of year gets me more excited than I should be. Especially the day after when all the candy is half price.

yay new places! I am also moving into a new place, my father-in-law is giving my husband and I one of the houses he hasn't used in five years. woot woot!!
