Lol, I have a microdermal. I never wear the bead for it. They are not as bad as any other piercing. Just be careful. They are still REALLY new, so a lot of people aren't very good at them. You may not be able to get a jemmed bead until after it heals though. But they are awesome. I'm going to get more dermals. They seem a lot easier then piercings to take care of.
